Jasper Sluijs Website

Jasper P. Sluijs is a media and telecommunications analyst. He earned his PhD candidate at the Tilburg Law and Economics Center with a dissertation on regulating network architectures under European law. His research interests include cyberlaw, telecommunications policy, law and technology, experimental legal research and freedom of expression. Previously, Jasper worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and was a research fellow with America‘s leading media reform organization Free Press in Washington, DC. He also was a Fulbright fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology‘s Digital Media department and a visiting student at the Institute for Media and Communication of Oslo University, Norway. He bis currently working as a consultant at Andersson Elffers Felix.
