Helge Lunde Website

Helge Lunde was festival director for the Kapittel Stavanger International Festival of Literature and Freedom of Speech from 1998- 2005. He was responsible for Stavanger City of Refuge to persecuted writers the same period, and has been the executive director of ICORN, the International Cities of Refuge Network since it was established in 2005.
